ERROR IN INCOME TAX REFUND CASES AFTER 31 ST MARCH,2019

Today we are going to discuss about the ERROR IN INCOME TAX REFUND CASES AFTER 31st MARCH,2019.

In a recent Notification it is made mandatory to link your PAN with Your Bank Account is mandatory to have refund credited in your account, IF your account is not PRE-VALIDATED in profile menu, then you will see a error massage in your return history page, and the refund will not be sent to your account.

To avoid such inconvenience , you need to Pre-Validate your PAN with Bank account and the mobile number which is linked with the bank account number.

After that you need to go Service Menu under My Account Heading on Dashboard and select new request and select refund reissue request for the year for which refund having error ( on the return filing history page view after clicking on the acknowledgement no ).

After selecting refund reissue request , you will find a option to submit a response for the said refund error . On clicking the submit button a option will appear for the bank details to be re-submitted on that page, after submitting that details an EVC will be sent on the mobile no which is linked with the bank account no. The said process of Refund Re-issue will be completed after EVC submission. No further after will be required for the said refund.


The Refund Will be Credited in your account within 3 to 5 days.
